I'M CHANTĆ
At the heart of my practice lies a belief in the profound connection between the mind and the body. I understand that healing is a multi-dimensional process, and to truly thrive, we must address all aspects of ourselves. That's why I offer a holistic approach that takes into account your physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual well-being. I'm dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for you to learn and work on self-growth.
Ā
My journey in the world of mental health has been diverse, ranging from traditional therapy to behavioral health consultation within primary medical care settings. This unique blend of experiences has given me a deep understanding of both the mental and physical aspects of treatment. I'm also a certified somatic therapy practitioner and registered yoga teacher, which lends more insight into the mind-body connection. I've found that true healing unfolds when we honor the whole person, and I'm here to help you do just that.
Ā
My practice specializes in several areas, including PTSD, CPTSD ADHD, other neurodivergencies, whole body health, and self-improvement. I also see a lot of individuals who struggle with depression and anxiety. I am only one person though and cannot help everyone I want to. That is why I have worked on creating online courses that provide you with the tools to holistically work on self-growth. My courses can also be used by practitioners to give them a better understanding of how to holistically work with clients.
MY STORY
Ā
I grew up in small rural community as an undiagnosed neurodivergent girl who loved to ride horses and be outside. I struggled to fit in and did not understand why. When I went to college I knew I wanted to help people and this landed me in psychology. Upon coming out of my graduate program, I started to specialize and this is when I learned that I was neurodivergent.
Since then I have built my practice and business on helping others, who are also neurodivergent, learn about themselves and how to work with their brain instead of against it.

"Chante is a fabulous therapist, seriously couldnāt recommend her enough. Sometimes service providers can be intimidated by my past or the number of issues I present with, but she has never made me feel like a burden or like Iām too much. It was easy to build the trust and therapeutic connection necessary for successful therapy, and Iāve come such a long way with her guidance."

"I have been working with ChantĆØ for a few years and jumped over to continue therapy when she started her private practice without hesitation. She has been a great source of support - helping find resources and actionable solutions, talking through problems, and celebrating wins together. I really appreciate how practical and caring and holistic (there it is! the name!) her sessions have been and look forward to continue! Highly recommend!"
